One studio, two branches.
We design and run private journeys through two places we know deeply — Norway, as Team Oslo, and Thailand, as our sister studio Team Bangkok. Composed to the hour, released to a few.
Why so few
Depth,
not breadth.
Most travel companies sell a hundred destinations they've each visited once. We do the opposite: a small, deliberate collection across Norway and Thailand, refined year after year until every hotel, crossing, temple and table is placed for a reason. A journey like this normally takes an assistant six months and a dozen suppliers to assemble. With us it takes one email — because we already hold the whole thing.

How we work
What a studio does that a website can't.
We hold the suppliers
The best fjord inns, the aurora chases, the water-restaurant tables — much of it is trade-locked or booked months ahead. We keep those relationships and fire the long-lead bookings in the right order, so nothing slips.
We work in your world
We answer in your timezone, within twenty-four hours, and can correspond in English, Thai or Chinese. On the ground, we can arrange authorised guides in around twenty languages.
We stay with the trip
Once you're travelling, one studio is still behind you — reconfirmations, a duty phone on the ground, a private guest group, and, in winter, aurora alerts the moment the sky turns.
We keep it private
Every journey is for your party alone. No coaches, no shared departures, no fixed groups — only your own car, your own guide and your own pace.
The founder
The hands behind
both studios.
Team Oslo is the work of Johan Saenkhat — Suphakd, to give his Thai name. Thai by birth and based in Bangkok, he trained in hospitality at Les Roches in Switzerland and has spent his career between the two worlds this studio joins: living and working across Norway, Europe and Asia, and leading a Dubai hospitality company alongside Marriott's luxury properties, before turning to the two places he knows most personally — Norway, where he has lived, and Thailand, where he is from.
Team Oslo and its sister studio, Team Bangkok, are what came of that: one studio composing the far north and the tropics with the same pair of hands, and to the same standard.

How we travel
Lightly, and with respect.
A journey like this is, by its nature, a quiet one. We travel in small groups or none at all — no coaches, no crowds — which keeps our footprint light and our welcome genuine wherever we go. In Thailand we are quiet guests in a living faith, there for the real thing and never a performance; the temples and communities we visit set the terms, not us. The people who guide and host you are local — Norwegian drivers and mountain guides, Thai hosts and teachers — so what you spend stays with the places you came to see. In Norway's summer, the roads are driven in a premium car; and across both studios we hold our departures deliberately few, because we would rather run a handful of journeys well than many carelessly.
